Between Morocco and France is Brazil. But, we are at EPCOT’S Food & Wine Festival enjoying a Taste of Brazil. This is a food review for our 2016 World Showcase Tour. I am thinking that I am going to eat all of this and not share with my husband. Ha!
Before you make a decision to maybe not try this meal, let us explain that it is not the stomach, but rather the meat that runs on the underside of the pig. It is uncured, unsmoked, and unsliced bacon.
The Black Beans melt in your mouth like they have been slowly cooked for hours. Topped with tomato, red onion, and cilantro just brought the whole meal together, teasing our taste buds.
The Colorful Display is beautiful and the Menu is:
Escondidinho de Carne-“Little Hidden One” Layered Meat Pie with Mashed Yucca (Our FAV) Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans and Tomato and Pao de Queijo-Brazilian Cheese Bread
The Beverages:
Kaiser Brewery Xingu Black Beer-Carnaval Moscato Sparkling White Wine, Serra Gaucha, and then Frozen Caipirinha featuriung LeBlon Cachaca.
