Christmas time is a truly magical time at Walt Disney World. One of the holiday season traditions that few know about is how the two resorts located on the Seven Seas Lagoon create larger than life gingerbread displays for your senses to enjoy. I say your senses because from the moment you enter the resort, the aroma of the ingredients is overwhelming and adds to the excitement to see what they have created!
You may not be familiar with all the space that is inside the Contemporary Resort, take a moment and read our article If it rains, let out your inner animal, which shared all the wonderful time you can have relaxing inside the Contemporary Resort shopping and dining. This resort is so large that the monorail runs completely through the interior!
Last holiday season, the gingerbread theme for the Contemporary Resort was from the Disney movie Frozen. These displays are created around November 23, so head that way now to take in some creativity in baking!
