Card night is so much fun at our house. We have faithfully set aside Tuesday night of each week to play cards with my mom and dad. I get excited to make a fun meal that we can share together before we start our game.
But with my dad struggling with his new medicine to regulate his blood sugar, I have begun worrying over sugar,salt,gravy,cheese….
I will admit I do not have the diabetic meal plan all figured out but I am making an effort for a week.
